How are you doing? I'm doing great this week! After months of bad sleep due to shoulder pain, I'm finally starting to see light at the end of the tunnel, and have had a few nights of really good sleep. Phewee, doesn't it make a difference?
Do you have any tips for a good night's sleep? So far I'm doing the following:
no caffeine after 3 pm
have at least half an hour out in the fresh air every day
use painkillers when I need them but not when I don't
stretches before I get into bed
wear comfy pajamas
read in bed before sleep
get the PERFECT pillow set-up before lights out
think happy thoughts as I drift off
That's my list, I think! It looks a bit like it could be a list of Daddy's rules, doesn't it? 😉
Anyway, let me know if you have any other great tips.
